We were the first customers of Zahradnik Custom Homes, in 2005.  Having our home built by a new builder made us a little cautious, but Zahradnik Custom Homes not only met our expectations, they exceeded them.  Dean and Shelly truly live up to their motto of "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority."

Throughout the building process, Dean kept in contact with us regarding the progress of our new home, and any decisions we needed to make.  We were very impressed with the quality of products used, and their standard offerings are often upgrades by other builders.

After we moved into our new home, Dean and Shelly followed up with us on a regular basis to make sure we were satisfied, and to address any issues that arose.
