Dean Zahradnik, owner of Zahradnik Custom Homes, has a BA from the University of Iowa.  He has been building homes in Eastern Iowa since 1999.  Dean is a licensed contractor in Iowa and a member of the Home Builders Association of Cedar Rapids. 

Dean is married and has 3 sons.  The family lives in Marion and the boys attend the Linn-Mar school district.
