We want to help you build the home you've always wanted.  We'll start by drawing up your customized home plans, continue on to construction and finally, service after the closing.  Zahradnik Custom Homes is the choice that will get you the best results, and have you living "happily ever after".

We build in Marion, Robins and Cedar Rapids.  We will build on your lot or one of the lots already owned by us.  We can even help you purchase the lot that meets all your needs.  It's your choice.  We work in all price ranges as well.  We can help you downsize or give your growing family the room you need to spread out.
